Save The Wedding!
Rate itSwap wedding guests between tables until no table is over its limit, no couple is apart and no feud sits side by side.
Every day: Three new seating charts a day, the same for everyone: Rehearsal (8 guests at 2 tables), The Wedding (12 guests at 3 tables) and The Grand Ballroom (16 guests at 4 tables), each with a move limit and a par. New puzzle: Not stated; the puzzles follow the date on your own device, so a new set arrives at your local midnight..

Save the Wedding! is a free browser puzzle about a seating chart gone wrong. Each day brings three charts of rising size, and you swap guests between round tables until every problem is fixed, within a set number of moves and ideally at par.
About Save The Wedding!
Save the Wedding! sets up a small story: the wedding planner quit last night and the seating chart is a mess. Every guest has a drama score, every round table has a drama limit, and some guests come with badges. Matching heart badges mark a couple who must sit side by side, and matching storm badges mark two guests who must never sit next to each other, though across the table is fine.
Each day there are three charts, named for parts of the day. The Rehearsal seats 8 guests at 2 tables, The Wedding seats 12 at 3 tables, and The Grand Ballroom seats 16 at 4 tables with two feuds and three couples to sort out. You drag one guest onto another to swap their seats, and each swap uses one of a fixed number of moves. A par shows the fewest swaps the chart needs, and a problems bar lists the overloaded tables, split couples and feuds still left. Each wedding has its own family name and a line of comic chatter from the guests.
The game is free to play in the browser with no sign-up. Hints and restarts are free, past days can be replayed from an archive, and the game keeps a streak and lets you share your result. It is by Amr Assal.
It suits players who like short deduction puzzles with a move budget, such as sliding and flood puzzles played to par, but want something with a lighter theme than numbers on a grid.
How to play Save The Wedding!
- Pick a tier at the top: Rehearsal, The Wedding or The Grand Ballroom.
- Read each table's drama total against its limit; a red table is over capacity.
- Look for matching heart badges (a couple who must sit side by side) and matching storm badges (guests who must not sit side by side).
- Drag one guest onto another to swap their seats; each swap costs one move.
- Keep swapping until every table turns green and the problems bar shows all problems fixed, before your moves run out.
- Try to finish at par, then share your result or move on to the next tier.
Tips
- Tap the problems bar first: it names who is feuding and who belongs together, which saves guessing at badge colours.
- Look for one swap that fixes two problems at once, such as moving a heavy guest off a full table to sit beside their partner.
- Seating across the table is fine for feuding guests, so a swap within the same table can clear a feud without changing the total.
- Hints and restarts cost nothing, so restart rather than spend your last moves on a chart that has gone wrong.
