Passportle
Name the country from its passport cover, with the words blurred, in six guesses.
Every day: One numbered puzzle a day, the same for every player: name the country from the cover of its passport, with the words blurred out, in six guesses. New puzzle: Once a day (the site does not state the hour).

Passportle is a daily geography game in the style of Worldle. Instead of a map outline, you see the cover of a country's passport with its text blurred, and you get six guesses. Each wrong guess tells you how far away and in which direction the answer lies.
About Passportle
Passportle swaps Worldle's country silhouette for a passport. The day's picture is the front cover of one country's passport, with the country name and the word passport blurred so only the colour, the emblem and the layout are left to go on. You can tell a lot from those: the burgundy of many European covers, the navy and green used elsewhere, a crest, a chrysanthemum or a coat of arms.
You type a country and pick it from the list. A wrong guess shows the distance from your country to the answer and an arrow pointing toward it, as in Worldle, so later guesses can home in by geography even when the cover means nothing to you. You have six guesses.
Each puzzle is numbered by day, and the share text lists the number, your score out of six and a row of squares that shows how close each guess was. The game is free in the browser.
It suits players who already play Worldle or Flagle and want a different look at the same 200 or so countries.
How to play Passportle
- Open passportle.lordos.tech and study the passport cover.
- Type the country you think it belongs to and choose it from the list.
- Read the distance and direction shown for a wrong guess.
- Use them to pick a closer country, within six guesses.
- Share your numbered result and come back the next day.

Tips
- Colour is the first clue: many EU passports are burgundy, while other regions use blue, green or black.
- National emblems often repeat the coat of arms you know from the flag or coins.
- If the cover gives you nothing, guess a central country first and let the arrow do the work.
