NonoDaily
A new picross puzzle every day that turns into a small pixel-art picture.
Every day: One nonogram a day, the same for everyone, with a title and a difficulty rating (for example a 15x15 'Old Witch' on 2 October 2026); solving it reveals a pixel-art picture. New puzzle: Midnight local time.

NonoDaily is a free daily nonogram site. Each day there is one titled puzzle, loaded by date so all players get the same grid; you fill cells using the row and column number clues, and the finished grid reveals a pixel-art image.
About NonoDaily
Nonograms, also called Picross or Griddlers, are picture logic puzzles. Each row and column has a list of numbers giving the lengths of the runs of filled cells in that line, in order. By combining the clues you work out which cells are filled and which are empty, and the completed grid shows a picture.
NonoDaily publishes one puzzle a day. The day's file is chosen by date, comes with a title and a difficulty rating, and grids range up to 15x15 or so. A timer records how long you take, and you can mark cells you know are empty with a cross. Tutorials walk newcomers through the basic techniques before they try the daily grid.
The game is free in the browser with no account. It suits anyone who enjoys pen-and-paper logic puzzles and wants one short, satisfying picture to solve each day.
How to play NonoDaily
- Open NonoDaily to load today's puzzle, or start with a tutorial if nonograms are new to you.
- Read the number clues: each one is the length of a run of filled cells in that row or column, in order, with at least one gap between runs.
- Fill cells you can prove are filled and cross out cells you can prove are empty.
- Keep going until every clue is satisfied and the pixel-art picture appears.
Tips
- Start with large clues: a run longer than half the line always overlaps in the middle.
- Rows or columns with a 0 or a clue equal to the full width are free starting points.
- Cross out cells as soon as you know they are empty; it makes later deductions easier.
- Switch between rows and columns often, since each new cell gives information in both directions.
