NOdLE
Rate itUntangle five digits drawn on top of each other, so they add up to the day's target.
Every day: One board a day, the same for every player: five digits drawn as overlapping lines on a dot grid, with the target their sum (23 on 7 October 2026). A weekly puzzle with seven digits changes each Monday, and both have leaderboards and an archive. New puzzle: Midnight, local time; the weekly puzzle changes on Monday.

NOdLE is a daily puzzle in which five digits, each drawn as lines between dots, are laid over one another on a grid. You trace along the lines to pull out the five numbers one at a time, and they have to add up to the target shown under the board. A seven-digit weekly puzzle, leaderboards and an archive sit beside the daily one.
About NOdLE
NOdLE draws digits as small line figures between dots: a 1 is one stroke, a 7 is a bar with a long drop, an 8 is two bars joined by a cross, and a number guide in the game shows the shape of each digit from 1 to 9. Each day five of these figures are placed on a 7 by 7 dot grid, overlapping and sharing dots, so the board looks like one tangle of blue lines. Where two digits run along the same line it is drawn double.
Under the board are five empty slots, an equals sign and the day's target. You tap along the lines to highlight the strokes of one digit and press Submit number; the number goes into the next slot of the sum. Tap a number in the sum to put it back if you went wrong, tap a line to unhighlight it, or press Clear to start the highlighting again. The puzzle is solved when all five numbers are found and add up to the target.
Each puzzle comes with a small stock of hints. One hint reveals a single answer digit in grey; three hints reveal a pattern, scoring the largest number for you. Easy mode in the settings shows all five numbers from the start. A timer runs while you play, and the results screen shows your time and hints used, with a result to share and a countdown to the next puzzle.
Besides the daily board there is a weekly puzzle with seven digits that changes each Monday. Setting a username lets you join daily and weekly leaderboards, a stats page keeps your record, and the archive opens earlier days. A short tutorial runs on the first visit, and the game is also available as an Android app.

- Tap a number in the sum to return it to the board if the rest no longer fits, or use a hint.

Tips
- Keep the number guide open: each digit is always the same figure, so counting the strokes and dots around a corner narrows down which digits can be there.
- Double lines mark where two digits share a stroke, so one copy stays behind after you take the first digit out.
- Check the target as you go: if the digits left must add to a small number, the big figures like 8 and 9 are unlikely.
- Save hints for the end: revealing one grey digit often unlocks the rest of a crowded corner.
