Mousdle Classic mode for 6 October: the Mousdle title over a night-time castle, with a Search a character box and a search-by-movie switch

Mousdle is a free daily guessing game about Disney characters. In its Classic mode you name a character and each guess shows which of its traits match the day's mystery character; other modes ask you to guess from a set of emojis, a silhouette, a song or a Disney Lorcana card. A new character comes every 24 hours.

About Mousdle

Mousdle takes the LoLdle formula to the Disney films. Its own page calls it the daily character guessing challenge and lists Disneydle among its other names. Everyone gets the same character each day, shown on the board with the date, and the aim is to find it in as few tries as you can.

The Classic mode works from clues: you search for a character by name, and each guess comes back with its attributes compared against the day's answer, so you learn which traits match and narrow down the cast. A switch lets you search by film instead of by name. The other daily modes change the clue: a set of emojis, a silhouette, a song to name, and a Disney Lorcana trading card to identify.

The site is free, needs no account, and links to sibling games for other studios and franchises, Pixadle for Pixar and Hsmdle for High School Musical. It suits anyone who grew up on the Disney animated films and wants a quick daily round of film trivia.

How to play Mousdle

  1. Open Mousdle and choose a mode, such as Classic.
  2. Type a Disney character's name (or switch to search by film) and pick one from the list.
  3. Read the clues that come back: which of your guess's traits match the day's character.
  4. Keep guessing until you find the character, then try the Emoji, Silhouette, Song and Card modes.
