Kombatdle

About Kombatdle

Kombatdle brings the character-of-the-day format to the Mortal Kombat series. Every day one fighter from the games is hidden, the same for every player, and a timer counts down to the next.

You type a character's name and press the Finish him button to guess. Your guess appears as a row of squares under six headings: gender, species, faction, realm, alignment and debut. Green means the trait matches the hidden character exactly, orange means it overlaps in part (a fighter can belong to more than one faction or realm), and red means nothing in common. Each row narrows the field until you name the right one and see the Fatality screen.

A Characters list shows who can come up, a hard mode is available, and the patch notes from summer 2025 show the maker correcting traits such as Shao Kahn's species and Bo' Rai Cho's debut game. It keeps a streak in your browser and needs no account.

It suits Mortal Kombat fans and players of other fighting game -dles such as Tekkendle and Street Fighterdle.

How to play Kombatdle

1. Type the name of any Mortal Kombat character and pick it from the suggestions.
2. Press the Finish him button to guess.
3. Read the squares: green is a match, orange a partial match, red no match.
4. Use the traits to narrow the field and guess again until you name the character of the day.

Tips

• Start with a fighter whose faction and realm are common, such as an Earthrealm warrior, to rule out large groups.
• Orange on faction or realm means the character has several: look for fighters who switched sides.
• Debut narrows the list fast once you know which game the character first appeared in.
