Honkaidle is a free browser guessing game for Honkai: Star Rail fans. Each day there is one hidden character from the game; you type any character's name and the table tells you which of their traits match the answer, until you find it.
About Honkaidle
Honkaidle takes the Wordle idea and applies it to the cast of Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse's turn-based space fantasy game. There is one hidden character a day, the same for everyone who plays, and the page names the previous day's answer under the search box so you can check how yesterday went.
You play by typing a character's name into the search field and picking it from the list that drops down. Each guess adds a row with the character's portrait and five clues: Gender, Stars (the rarity, 4 or 5), Path, Element and Origin, the faction or place the character comes from, such as the Astral Express. A green cell means that trait matches today's character and a red cell means it does not, so each guess narrows the field.
The game comes from the same makers as ZZZdle and Impactdle, which do the same for Zenless Zone Zero and Genshin Impact, and all three are linked at the bottom of the page. It plays in the browser with no account. Google ads run on the page: an inline ad link beside yesterday's answer and an anchor bar at the foot of the screen.
It suits Star Rail players who know the roster well and want a short daily check of that knowledge, or anyone already playing the sibling games.
How to play Honkaidle
- Open honkaidle.com and click the search field under Guess today's character.
- Type the start of any Honkai: Star Rail character's name and pick it from the list that appears.
- Read the new row: green cells for Gender, Stars, Path, Element and Origin match the hidden character, red cells do not.
- Choose your next guess among characters who share the green traits and avoid the red ones.
- Keep guessing until the character itself turns up; come back the next day for a new one.

- Start with a character whose Path and Element are common, so a red cell rules out a large group.
- Origin is often the clue that settles it: once it is green, only a handful of characters remain.
- Check yesterday's answer under the search box; it is rarely repeated the next day.
