About Impactdle

Impactdle is a fan-made browser game built around the cast of Genshin Impact. Each day it hides one playable character, and everyone who visits that day is guessing the same one. Below the search box the page shows who yesterday's character was, so you can check an answer you missed.

A guess is a whole character, chosen from a search box that fills in names as you type. Each guess adds a row to a table with the character's portrait and five columns: gender, star rarity, element, weapon type and region. A green cell means the hidden character shares that attribute, a red cell means it does not, and you use those marks to rule out the rest of the roster.

The game plays in the browser with no sign-up. It is supported by Google ads, which can open as a full-screen ad between taps on a phone. Once you name the character, the page says so and counts down to the next one, which arrives at midnight UTC. It comes from the same makers as ZZZdle and Honkaidle, which do the same for Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai: Star Rail, and new characters are added to the list as they join Genshin Impact.

It suits players who know the roster well enough to tell a Pyro claymore user from Mondstadt from one from Natlan, and who want a short daily check of that knowledge.

How to play Impactdle

1. Open impactdle.com in a browser.
2. Type a Genshin Impact character's name in the search box and pick it from the list.
3. Read the row that appears: green cells match the hidden character's gender, rarity, element, weapon or region, red cells do not.
4. Choose your next guess among the characters that fit every green and red mark.
5. Keep guessing until you name the day's character, then come back the next day for a new one.

• Start with a character whose element and region are shared by many others, so each mark rules out a large group.
• Weapon type and region together usually leave only a few candidates.
