Hadesdle's Classic daily challenge: locked species, faction and role hints above a character search box and Invoke button, over art from Hades

Hadesdle is a fan-made daily guessing game for Supergiant's Hades and Hades II. Each day you find a character from attribute clues and a boon from its description, with separate modes for each game and a leaderboard of the day's solvers.

About Hadesdle

Hadesdle is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with Supergiant Games. Its maker also runs Shikigame, a Jujutsu Kaisen fan site.

There are two families of daily puzzle. In the character modes you search a name and press Invoke, and each guess is compared with the character of the day. Three hint tiles open as you go: species after two guesses, faction after four and role after six. Classic draws from both games, and the Hades 1 and Hades 2 modes keep to one game each. In the boon modes the page shows the day's boon description, such as a God Call that fires seeking arrows, and you have twelve guesses to name the boon, with the game, the boon type and the god opening as hints after three, six and nine.

Every mode has its own streak and its own tab on the leaderboard, which lists the day's top solvers. A stats page keeps your current and best streak, total wins and guess history, a codex lists the characters and boons, and you can set a nickname to show on the leaderboard. The daily puzzles change at midnight in Sydney.

It suits players who have spent many runs in the Underworld and know their boons by their text as well as their icons.

Tips

  • Play the single-game modes first if you only know one of the two games.
  • In the boon modes, the effect named in the description usually points to one god before the hint does.
  • The codex lists every character and boon, useful when a name is on the tip of your tongue.
