Isaacle
Find the day's Binding of Isaac item from its quality, pool and colours.
Every day: One Binding of Isaac item and one trinket a day, the same for every player, found from clues such as quality, item pool, colours, unlock and release. New puzzle: Midnight Pacific Time.

Isaacle is a daily guessing game for The Binding of Isaac. Each guess shows how your item compares with the day's item on quality, type, item pool, description, colours, unlock and the expansion it came from, with up to 12 guesses, a separate daily trinket and an Infinite mode.
About Isaacle
Isaacle is a daily guessing game about The Binding of Isaac, the roguelike by Edmund McMillen. Each day it picks one item from the game, and your job is to work out which one from a series of guesses. When you guess an item, the game lines it up against the answer and shows how they compare on a set of attributes: its quality rating, its type, which item pool it appears in, its description, its colours, how it is unlocked and the expansion or DLC it was added in. Matching attributes are marked so you can narrow down the answer.
The standard Classic mode gives you up to twelve guesses. Alongside it there is a separate daily Trinket puzzle that works the same way, and an Infinite mode (in beta) for playing round after round rather than waiting for the next day. The daily item and trinket are the same for everyone and reset on Pacific time.
Because the clues lean on item quality, pools and unlock conditions, it rewards deep familiarity with the game's hundreds of items rather than casual knowledge. It suits Binding of Isaac players who know the item roster and enjoy a daily test of it.
The site is free to play in the browser and shows ads, and it is made by the same team behind other daily guessing games such as Nookle.
How to play Isaacle
- Open Isaacle and choose Classic for the daily item (or Trinkets for the daily trinket).
- Type the name of a Binding of Isaac item and submit it as a guess.
- Compare the clue columns: quality, type, item pool, description, colours, unlock and expansion, and note which match the answer.
- Use the matches and mismatches to pick a closer item next time.
- Find the day's item within twelve guesses, then try the daily trinket or Infinite mode.
Tips
- Lead with items you know well so you can read the quality and item-pool clues clearly.
- Treat the item pool and expansion columns as strong filters: they cut the roster down fast.
- Watch the colour clue; the item sprite colours often point to a small family of items.
- If you run dry, play Infinite mode to get a feel for the clue columns before the next daily.
