GutCall
Read a real price chart with the name and dates hidden, and call what the market does next.
Every day: A daily challenge of ten real historical price charts with the symbol and dates hidden, the same ten for everyone, scored on a daily leaderboard with a shareable grid. New puzzle: Midnight, your local time.

GutCall is a play-money market game. You see a real historical price chart with the symbol and dates hidden, call whether it goes up or down or makes a big move, set your confidence, and watch the next bars reveal the answer. The daily challenge gives everyone the same ten charts and a leaderboard.
About GutCall
GutCall was published on itch.io in July 2026 and is played on its own site or in an Android app. Each round shows a candlestick chart from real market history, such as US tech, the S&P 500, the Nikkei, bitcoin or gold, with the symbol and dates hidden. A line marks now, and you call what happens next: will price close up or down, will it touch a line, is a big move coming or will it stay quiet.
After picking a side you choose how sure you are, from 55 to 95 percent, which sets how much you win or lose in play-money tokens. Then the chart reveals bar by bar whether you were right. Question types run from plain price action to options-style calls such as one-touch bets and desk structures like calls, puts, straddles and condors.
The daily challenge uses the same ten charts for everyone. At the end it shows your token score, how many calls you got right, your rank for the day and a row of green and red squares to share, and new charts arrive at your own midnight. Endless mode deals chart after chart to build a streak, and duels pit you against another player or a bot on the same charts, with the winner taking ELO.
GutCall uses play money only, with no real money involved. It needs no account and is free to play in the browser.

Tips
- Use high confidence only when the chart is clear; a wrong call at 95% costs more.
- Note the bar size shown above each question, such as 4-hour or daily bars.
- Quiet, tight ranges and long trends call for different answers; read the recent bars first.
- Practise in Endless mode before the daily if you are new to chart reading.
