DailyMetro Rennes
Guess the Rennes station of the day from line, direction, letter and distance clues.
Every day: One Rennes station of the day on the Rennes STAR network: metro lines A and B and the Chronostar bus lines C1 to C7, the same for every player, with a numbered day and past days to replay. New puzzle: Once a day.

DailyMetro Rennes is a daily Wordle-style game about the Rennes STAR network: metro lines A and B and the Chronostar bus lines C1 to C7. Type any station and the game shows the lines it shares with the hidden one, the direction to it, the length of its name and how far away it is, guiding you to the day's station. A map quiz mode is also available.
About DailyMetro Rennes
DailyMetro is a set of free browser games, one per city, made by Eliott, an engineer who builds them in his spare time. The Rennes edition covers the Rennes STAR network: metro lines A and B and the Chronostar bus lines C1 to C7 and is shown in French, like the local version of the game.
Each day one station is picked at random, with a day number, and it is the same for everyone. You start with any station you like. For each guess the board shows the lines it shares with the mystery station, an arrow pointing toward it, the number of letters in its name and the distance between the two. Each clue is coloured to show a match, a near miss or a miss.
Besides the classic game, a map quiz mode plays the day on a map of the network. Past days can be replayed, and no account is needed.
It suits locals and transit fans who know the STAR network by heart, as well as visitors who want to learn it one station at a time.
