Connect (Times of India)
Rate itTrace one line through every square of the grid, with an easy, medium and hard puzzle each day.
Every day: Three dated path puzzles a day (Easy, Medium, Hard), the same for every player: draw one line from the start to the end that passes through every square of the grid without crossing walls. New puzzle: Daily (India time).

Connect, subtitled The Perfect Trace, is a daily path puzzle in the Times of India games section. Each day brings three grids at Easy, Medium and Hard, shared by all players: draw a single line from the start dot to the end, visiting every square once and going around the walls. You need to log in to play, and earlier days can be replayed.
About Connect (Times of India)
Connect is one of the puzzles in TOI Games, the games section of The Times of India website and app, alongside a daily crossword, sudoku and other titles. Its subtitle, The Perfect Trace, describes the task: on a small square grid you draw one continuous path from a start point to an end point that passes through every cell exactly once.
Each puzzle sets a start, an end and a few walls between cells that the path may not cross, so the challenge is to find the one route that covers the whole board. The puzzles come in three levels each day, Easy, Medium and Hard, with larger or more awkward grids as the level rises. Every player gets the same dated puzzles, and a Play Previous Puzzles list lets you go back to earlier days.
The game keeps a timer and a streak, and the site asks you to log in with Google, email or mobile number before you can play.
It suits players who like short spatial logic puzzles and want something quicker than a crossword.
How to play Connect (Times of India)
- Open Connect in TOI Games and log in.
- Choose Easy, Medium or Hard for today.
- Start at the marked start point and draw a line from cell to cell.
- Visit every square exactly once, without crossing a wall, and finish on the end point.
- Try the other levels or play previous days from the list.
Tips
- Corners and dead-end cells next to walls usually have only one way in and out, so plan around them first.
- Work backward from the end point when you get stuck.
- Avoid cutting the board into two areas the path cannot both reach.
