Bean Connect is CoffeeFirst's daily path puzzle. Starting from a highlighted bean, you draw a single path that visits every bean on the board, only in straight steps and never twice; your time goes on the leaderboard.

About Bean Connect

Bean Connect is a one-line path puzzle from CoffeeFirst.games, with one numbered board each day for all players; number 184 fell on 2 October 2026. The board is a grid of coffee beans with some blocked squares, and one bean is highlighted as the start.

You draw a single path that connects every bean. It can move only up, down, left or right, never diagonally, and it can never return to a bean it has already visited. Blocked squares cannot be crossed. You can check your progress at any time to learn whether and where you went wrong, but each check adds a 15 second penalty to your time.

Your time, penalties included, is your score on the daily leaderboard, and past boards are in the archive. It suits players of LinkedIn's Zip and other one-line puzzles who like a fast daily solve.

How to play Bean Connect

  1. Open Bean Connect and find the highlighted starting bean.
  2. Draw a path from it, moving only up, down, left or right.
  3. Visit every bean once without crossing blocked squares or your own path.
  4. Finish quickly; each progress check adds 15 seconds.

Tips

  • Corners and beans next to blocked squares have few exits: plan the path through them first.
  • Avoid leaving a single bean stranded with only one neighbour unless it is your end point.
  • Check sparingly; a 15 second penalty can cost more than a careful look.

Questions
