About Wordsearch - Daily Puzzles
Wordsearch - Daily Puzzles is a word search app for Android from Murrcap, the team behind the browser game at online-wordsearch.com. The home screen opens on Today: the day's Mini and the day's Classic, with unlimited modes and the archive below.
Today's Mini is five small word searches played back to back, about two minutes in all. Everyone gets the same Mini each day, and your time goes on a global leaderboard, so the Mini is the part to play quickly. The Daily Classic is one full-size grid with a word list underneath and no clock, for a slower session.
Words run across, down and diagonally, and on Hard they can run backwards too; the three difficulty levels go from two directions up to all eight. Grids draw on 16 themed word lists, among them animals, space, history, music and pop culture.
Outside the dailies there are endless Mini sprints, a relaxed Classic practice mode and a Speed Run against the clock, each with its own leaderboard. A missed day can be played from the archive, and the app keeps streaks, stats and 38 achievements. No account is needed; signing in only puts your scores on the leaderboard. The app is free and carries ads, with in-app purchases.
It suits players who want a short, timed word search every morning with a score to compare, and a calmer full grid alongside it.
How to play Wordsearch - Daily Puzzles
- Open the app and look at the Today section on the home screen.

- When a grid is cleared the next one appears; after the fifth your time is posted to the global leaderboard.
- Tap Play on the Daily Classic for the full-size grid and find every word in the list at your own pace.
- Use the archive to play any day you missed.

Tips
- Scan the grid for rare letters such as Q, X, Z or J first: words that hold them are quick to place.
- In the Mini, look for the first letter of the longest word, since long words are the easiest to spot and leave fewer letters to search.
- On Hard, read each line both ways, because words can run backwards.
- Play the Classic first if you want a warm-up before racing the timed Mini.
