Spellitaire
Scrabble scoring meets solitaire stacks: spell words from the top cards of a daily deck.
Every day: A dated 60-card Daily Deck, the same puzzle for everyone each day, scored on the words you build until no playable word is left. New puzzle: Once a day (the listing does not state the time).

Spellitaire is an iPhone word puzzle that deals letter cards in stacks like solitaire. You build words from the top card of each stack, used letters disappear and reveal the next layer, and longer, rarer words score more. The 60-card Daily Deck is the same for everyone each day.
About Spellitaire
Spellitaire lays out twelve stacks of letter cards. Only the top card of each stack is available, and each card shows its point value along with a hint of what lies underneath. You tap top cards to spell a word, play it, and the cards you used disappear, revealing the next layer of each stack. The deal ends when no playable word can be made from what is showing.
Planning ahead is the heart of it. A card tells you how many of its kind remain, and you can peek at the next layer to see whether a vowel, a consonant or a high-value letter is coming, though not which one. Longer and rarer words score more, a progress line rates your score as you go, and the results screen lists every word with its points and a bonus for cleared piles.
The Daily Deck is 60 cards, dated, and the same puzzle for everyone, with a share button and a countdown to the next one. Quick Play deals shorter 27-card games for practice. A Premium upgrade adds the full archive of past daily decks, custom themes and fonts, and detailed stats.
Spellitaire is made by Cheese Pull Studio and came out on the App Store in September 2025. It suits Scrabble players and solitaire fans who like weighing a big word now against what it uncovers.

Tips
- Peek at the next layer before you play: avoid uncovering only consonants at once.
- Clear stacks completely when you can; cleared piles add to the score.
- Keep a vowel or two in reserve on top rather than spending them all in one long word.
- Use Quick Play to learn how the stacks run before the daily deck.
