Sorted is The Telegraph's daily trivia ordering game. Each day gives you a list of five, such as New York skyscrapers or British monarchs, and you drag them into order by height, date or size; the app ticks the ones in the right place.
About Sorted (The Telegraph)
Sorted joined the Telegraph Puzzles app in February 2025. Each day it sets one topic and five answers to arrange in order: the app's own example asks for New York City skyscrapers from tallest to shortest, with One World Trade Center, Central Park Tower, One Vanderbilt Place, the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building to sort. Other days run from monarchs to films.
You drag the items up and down the list and submit, and each item in the right place gets a tick. You keep moving the others until the order is right. It is a short puzzle that tests what you know about scale and dates rather than recall of names, since the answers are given.
Sorted is part of the Telegraph Puzzles subscription, in the app and on the web. It suits trivia fans who enjoy ranking games, and anyone who likes to argue about which came first.
How to play Sorted (The Telegraph)
