Every day: Twenty new number series every day, the same twenty in the same order for every player, in five rounds from easy to hard, with a daily leaderboard ranked by how far you got and then by time. New puzzle: Midnight Eastern Time.

Series is a free daily number-pattern game from Mind Loft. Each day brings twenty runs of numbers, like 3, 7, 11, 15, 19, and you pick the next one from four choices with twenty seconds a problem. One wrong answer ends the run, and everyone plays the same twenty, so the daily leaderboard compares how far each player got.
About Series
Series is a daily number game on Mind Loft, the free puzzle site at mindloftdaily.com. Every problem shows five numbers and a question mark, and you choose the next number from four options. A new set of twenty problems arrives every day at midnight Eastern Time, and every player gets the same set in the same order.
The twenty problems are split into five rounds that get harder as you go. The first ones are steady steps, such as adding 25 each time. Later ones double, grow their gaps, alternate between two steps, weave two series together, use squares and cubes, or build each term from the terms before it. Each problem has a twenty second clock, and the clock only starts when you press Start.
There is one life. A wrong answer or an empty clock ends the run, and every problem you cleared counts as a point. Mind Loft says each series is checked against the rules people usually try, so every rule that fits the five numbers leads to the same answer, and the wrong options are common slips such as adding the last gap again when the gaps are growing.
Because the set is shared, the daily leaderboard is simple: the player who got furthest wins, and ties are broken by time. You can play without an account or an app, keep a streak, and open past days from the archive. Series is also one of the five games in Mind Loft's Math Gauntlet, beside Blitz, Blitzed, Gap and Back. It suits players who like quick mental maths and spotting patterns under time pressure.
How to play Series
- Open Series on mindloftdaily.com and press Start; the clock for the first problem starts then.
- Read the five numbers and work out the rule that links them: a fixed step, a ratio, a growing or alternating gap, two series woven together, or something similar.
- Pick the next number from the four options by clicking it or pressing keys 1 to 4, before the twenty second bar runs out.
- Keep going through the five rounds; each problem you clear adds a point, and one wrong answer or timeout ends the run.
- Check your score and time against the daily leaderboard, then come back the next day for twenty new series.

Tips
- Write down or picture the gaps between the numbers first; most rules show themselves in the differences.
- If the gaps jump up and down, look at every second number: it is often two series woven together.
- When the numbers grow fast, try ratios or squares and cubes before adding steps.
- The wrong options are built from common slips, so check your answer against the whole line, not only the last two numbers.
