RickandMortydle is a Loldle-style daily guessing game for Rick and Morty fans. Four modes each hide a character of the day: Classic compares your guesses trait by trait, Quote asks who said a line, Emoji unlocks one emoji per try, and Splash zooms out of a picture with each guess.
About RickandMortydle
RickandMortydle works like the -dle games built for League of Legends and other series, but its cast is the characters of Rick and Morty. In Classic mode you type any character, and the game compares it with the hidden one and marks what matches. After five tries you can reveal the first letter of the name, and after ten a picture of the character.
The other modes change the clue. Quote shows a line and asks which character says it. Emoji gives a short row of emoji describing the character, one more with each try. Splash shows a close-up of a picture of the character that zooms out a bit with every wrong guess.
The character in each mode is chosen from the date in UTC, so every player gets the same answers on the same day, and the game saves your progress for the day in the browser. It suits fans of the show who want a few minutes of trivia each day.
How to play RickandMortydle
- Open rickandmortydle.com and start with Classic mode.
- Type a character's name and pick it from the list.
- Compare the result with the hidden character and choose a closer guess.
- Use the letter hint after five tries or the picture hint after ten if you are stuck.
- Move on to the Quote, Emoji and Splash modes for three more daily characters.
Tips
- Start Classic with a side character rather than Rick or Morty; it tests more traits that rule out large groups.
- In Emoji mode, the first emoji usually points to species or a famous episode.
- In Splash mode, look at colours and clothing before the face becomes clear.
