Pixelogic is a nonogram game from okayest! studios that has put out new daily puzzles since 2009. The apps and the Steam edition get two featured grids a day and a larger one each week, with worldwide statistics, while the website has a free daily 15x15. It carries no ads.
About Pixelogic
Pixelogic first came out on the iPhone in 2009 and has published hand-made nonograms ever since. A nonogram (also sold as picross or griddlers) is a grid with number clues beside each row and column. Each clue gives the lengths of the filled runs in that line, in order, and working them out cell by cell reveals a pixel picture. The maker, okayest! studios, checks every puzzle so it can be solved without guessing.
The daily side is the featured puzzles. On iOS, Android and Steam, two new ones appear every day and an extra-large one each week, the same grids for everyone, with statistics that show how your time compares with players around the world. The free web page at pixelogic.app/daily has one 15x15 puzzle a day. On 31 October 2026 it was a 15x15 grid called "Halloween", credited to the player AndrewWolff, behind a Play card with a clock in the corner.
The phone apps are free to download and play, with an optional subscription that opens the whole back catalogue of over 6,000 past dailies. The Steam release, called Pixelogic: Nonograms Unlimited, came out on 12 November 2025 as a one-off purchase with the catalogue included. It is Steam Deck Verified and takes mouse, keyboard, touch or a gamepad. All versions need a connection for the featured puzzles.
There is a puzzle creator for drawing your own grids and sharing them, and players' puzzles can be picked as a daily or weekly feature. Sizes run from 5x5 to 25x25, and a Relaxed Mode drops the clock and the error count. The game has no ads on any platform. It suits people who already know nonograms and want a calm daily solve with a deep archive behind it.
How to play Pixelogic
- Open pixelogic.app/daily in a browser, or the Pixelogic app, and press Play on today's puzzle.
- Read the number clues. Each one lists the runs of filled cells in that row or column, in order.
- Fill the cells the clues force and switch to the cross tool to mark cells that must stay empty.
- Keep going line by line until the grid is complete and the picture shows.
- In the apps, check the worldwide statistics to see how your solve compares.

Tips
- Start with long clues. A 13 in a 15-wide row always fills the middle eleven cells.
- Rows and columns marked 0 can be crossed out at once.
- Turn on Relaxed Mode in the apps if the clock puts you off.
