Krillion Coach
Rate itAn independent practice dive of seven type-in trivia prompts, the same for everyone each day.
Every day: Seven open-answer trivia prompts drawn from a bank of 40, the same seven for every player each UTC day, with a daily leaderboard of best dives. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

Krillion Coach is a free, independent practice companion to the daily trivia game Krillion. Each UTC day everyone gets the same seven open-answer prompts; every accepted answer takes your diver 1,000 metres deeper, and you can reveal the answer sheet for any prompt you miss.
About Krillion Coach
Krillion Coach is a fan-made practice site for Krillion, the daily game of uncommon answers at krillion.io. It says plainly that it is not the official game: its questions are its own, and its depth is a practice score rather than Krillion's rarity rating.
A day's dive is seven prompts, the same for every player that UTC day, chosen from a fixed bank of 40 original questions across science, space, geography, language and games. Each prompt asks for one answer you type from memory, such as a continent in the seven-continent model. A 25-second timer runs on each prompt unless you switch it off in the settings for a relaxed dive. Every accepted answer is worth 1,000 metres, so a perfect day reaches 7,000 metres, past the sunlight zone and the midnight zone down to the abyss.
What sets it apart is the open answer sheet. When an answer is not on the list you can try again, reveal every supported answer with the question's scope and sources, or skip. Afterwards you can retry only the prompts you missed, play extra mixed dives, and copy a dated score that does not give the answers away. Because the bank is small, prompts repeat as you keep playing.
Guests play without an account. Publishing a finished dive to the Hall of Divers board, ranked by today or all time, needs a Google sign-in. It suits players who want a warm-up for Krillion or a short daily recall quiz without multiple choice.
How to play Krillion Coach
- Open krillion.space and choose whether to keep the 25-second timer in the dive settings.
- Press DIVE IN to start today's seven shared prompts.
- Type one answer to the prompt and press DIVE; an accepted answer takes you 1,000 metres deeper.
- If your answer is not accepted, try another, reveal the answer sheet to see what counts, or skip the prompt.
- After the seventh prompt, review the answers, retry the ones you missed, and copy your dated score if you want to share it.

Tips
- Read the small line under each prompt: it sets the scope, and an unlisted answer may simply fall outside it.
- Turn the timer off for your first few dives to learn how the answer sheets are worded.
- Only your best full dive of the UTC day counts on the board, so a mixed dive afterwards cannot lower your score.
