Duotrigordle puts every guess into thirty-two Wordle boards at once, and you have 37 guesses to solve them all. Each day brings a new set in three daily modes, Normal, Sequence and Jumble, with practice games, a Perfect Challenge, an archive and global leaderboards.

About Duotrigordle

Duotrigordle is one of the largest of the many-boards Wordle games. The name comes from the Latin for thirty-two, and that is how many secret five-letter words you are solving at once. Each word you enter is played on every board, and each board shows its own green, yellow and grey tiles. You have 37 guesses, which means only five can be spent on anything other than an answer.

The daily game comes in three versions, each with its own saved game and statistics. In Normal mode all 32 boards are visible. In Sequence mode only one board is visible at a time and the next appears once you solve it, with 39 guesses. In Jumble mode the first three words are chosen for you, the same for everyone, and you get 38 guesses. Practice play adds a Perfect Challenge: solve all 32 words in exactly 32 guesses, with the first word you type counted as correct.

The game keeps a timer as well as a guess count, and it pauses when the page is not in focus. Optional input hints stop you from making guesses that cannot be right, and an opt-in Solve Assist fills in words that can be logically deduced. Clicking a board shows keyboard colours for that board alone.

With a free account, which uses an account key instead of a password, your stats sync between devices and you can take part in daily, weekly and practice leaderboards, including private ones. An archive lets you play earlier days.

How to play Duotrigordle

  1. Open duotrigordle.com and start the daily Normal game.
  2. Type a real five-letter English word and press enter; it is played on all 32 boards.
  3. Read each board's tiles: green is the right letter in the right spot, yellow is in the word elsewhere, grey is not in the word.
  4. Click a board to see the keyboard colours for that board only, and plan guesses that help many boards.
  5. Solve all 32 words within 37 guesses; try the Sequence and Jumble daily games afterwards.

Tips

  • Use your first four or five guesses on words with many different common letters to gather information across all the boards.
  • With 37 guesses for 32 words you have only five to spare, so make each later guess an answer to some board.
  • Solve boards that are fully determined straight away; every correct answer also adds information to the others.
  • Turn on Solve Assist only if you want help with bookkeeping; leaderboard results record whether it was used.
