Deep question on mindloftdaily.com, topic Reptiles: which shelled animal can pull its head in for protection, with lizard, crocodile, tortoise and salamander as options

Deep is a free daily trivia game from Mind Loft. Each day picks a single subject, from reptiles to Ancient Rome to the periodic table, and asks fifteen multiple-choice questions on it that get harder as you go. One wrong answer ends the dive.

About Deep (Mind Loft)

Deep goes down one subject instead of across many. The day's topic is shown before you start, and the fifteen questions run from the surface, three easy ones anyone can answer, down to the last three, which are for people who really know the subject. Each question has four options and a twenty-second clock that keeps running even if you switch tabs.

One wrong answer or an empty clock ends the dive, and your score is how far down you got. Everyone gets the same fifteen questions in the same order, so the leaderboard is decided by the deepest dive, with ties broken on time.

A new topic arrives at midnight Eastern every day. If you prefer range to depth, Mind Loft's Streak asks forty questions across everything, and Atlas, Biz and Sport run the same one-life format on geography, business and sport.

How to play Deep (Mind Loft)

  1. Open Deep to see today's topic and press Dive.
  2. Answer each multiple-choice question within 20 seconds.
  3. Every correct answer takes you one level deeper and is banked.
  4. A wrong answer or timeout ends the dive; your score is the number cleared.

Tips

  • The first three are gimmes, so read them carefully rather than fast.
  • On unfamiliar topics, eliminate options that do not belong to the subject at all.
  • The clock does not pause when you leave the tab, so stay on the page until you finish.
