Deadlockle
Five daily ways to guess a Deadlock hero, from attributes to voice lines.
Every day: Five daily puzzles about Valve's Deadlock, the same for everyone: guess the hero from attribute tiles, from an ability icon, from a cropped mugshot, from a conversation between two characters, and guess a blurred item. New puzzle: 2:15 a.m. Pacific Time.

Deadlockle is a fan-made daily quiz for Valve's hero shooter Deadlock. Each day brings five puzzles: Classic, where every guess shows how a hero's attributes compare with the answer, plus Ability, Mugshot, Conversation and Item modes, each revealing more with every guess.
About Deadlockle
Deadlockle follows the Loldle formula for Deadlock. In Classic you type a hero's name and get a row of tiles comparing seven of their attributes with the day's mystery hero; you have ten guesses, with a hint after a few. The page shows the date and a countdown to the next puzzle, along with a streak and a tally of how many of the day's five modes you have finished.
The other modes each start hard and get easier. Ability shows an ability icon that is gradually revealed. Mugshot shows a tightly cropped portrait that zooms out with each guess. Conversation shows part of a dialogue between two characters and reveals more lines as you go, and Item shows a blurred item icon that sharpens. A map mode is listed as coming soon.
Past days can be replayed from the archive. The game is free and unofficial, made by a fan who goes by yush, with hero and item data from deadlock-api.com. The same maker runs OWdle for Overwatch and WuWadle for Wuthering Waves.
It suits Deadlock players who want a daily test of how well they know the roster, and fans of Loldle-style games for other titles.
How to play Deadlockle
- Open Classic mode and type a hero's name.
- Read the tiles: each shows whether that attribute matches the day's hero.
- Use the tiles to narrow the roster; you have ten guesses, with hints along the way.
- Then try Ability, Mugshot, Conversation and Item, where each guess reveals more.
- Finish all five to complete the day, or replay past days from the archive.

Tips
- Start Classic with a hero whose attributes are middle-of-the-road, to split the roster.
- In Mugshot, look at colours and costume details rather than the face.
- Conversation lines often mention a place or rival that points to the speaker.
- Use the character list in Classic to check spellings and remind yourself of the roster.
