About DBDle

DBDle is a fan-made quiz site for Dead by Daylight players, also available as an app on iOS and Android. It runs five daily modes that refresh together, and the home page counts down to the next reset.

Classic is the attribute game: you type a killer and see whether their gender, terror radius, movement speed, range type, height, origin and release year match the answer, with green, orange and red tiles and arrows for higher or lower. Emoji gives you a row of emoji that hint at a killer and adds more with each guess. The two perk modes show a perk icon that gets clearer after each miss, one for survivor perks and one for killer perks. Terror Radius plays the heartbeat sound a killer gives off and brings it closer with each guess.

The site keeps streaks, a profile with stats and a calendar of past days, and a Discord bot for reminders. Limited-time modes such as Map, where you name a map from a picture, appear now and then and do not count toward the streak. Patch notes on the site show regular killer stat updates. It is free with ads.

How to play DBDle

1. Open Classic and type the name of a killer.
2. Read the tiles: green is a match, orange is close, red is wrong, and arrows show higher or lower values.
3. Narrow it down by terror radius, speed and release year until you find the killer.
4. Move on to Emoji, Survivor Perk, Killer Perk and Terror Radius, guessing until the picture or sound gives the answer away.
5. Come back after the reset to keep your streak.

Tips

• Terror radius and movement speed split the killers into a few groups fast, so guess a typical 4.6 m/s killer first.
• Licensed killers have an origin other than None, which rules out a big share of the roster in one guess.
• In the perk modes, look at the shape of the icon outline before the details become clear.
