Daily Quiz (Here's What You Do)
One list-style quiz question a day, from a UK quiz podcast.
Every day: One quiz question a day, the same for everyone, in a changing format such as a list to complete, a chain of answers or a Venn diagram, with three lives. New puzzle: Midnight UK time.

Daily Quiz is the question of the day from the Here's What You Do quiz podcast. Each day brings one category and one format, such as naming answers that each begin with given letters, chaining answers, or filling the sections of a Venn diagram. You have three lives, and finding every answer without losing one takes you to Dreamland.
About Daily Quiz (Here's What You Do)
Daily Quiz sets one question a day with a category and a short rule that tells you what to find. Formats change from day to day. Some ask you to name one item beginning with each of a set of letters, some build a chain where each answer must begin with a given letter, some use a Venn diagram where you name answers that fit the overlapping sections, and some hide answers in a letter grid.
You type answers one at a time. A right answer fills its place; a wrong one costs one of your three lives, and the game tells you why it was wrong, such as an answer that does not begin with the required letter or one already used. Find every answer without losing a life and you reach Dreamland, which the stats track along with questions played, win percentage and your win streak. You can give up and reveal all the answers at any time.
Daily Quiz is one of seven daily games from Here's What You Do, a weekly UK quiz podcast hosted by James, Jonny and John. A new puzzle comes each day, following UK time, and it is free to play. A free Here's What You Do account saves your stats and history and adds a Friends Leaderboard that compares all seven games with friends and family.
How to play Daily Quiz (Here's What You Do)
- Open Daily Quiz on hereswhatyoudo.co.uk and read today's category and rule.
- Type an answer that fits the rule and submit it.
- Right answers fill in; a wrong answer costs one of your three lives.
- Keep going until you have found every answer or run out of lives.
- Share your result and come back tomorrow for the next question.
Tips
- Read the rule carefully; many wrong answers fail on the letter or format, not the fact.
- Start with the answers you are sure of to keep your lives.
- Check spelling before submitting; a misspelt answer may not be recognised.
- Aim for Dreamland by never guessing wildly.
