Baldosas (Clarín)
A daily board of hexagonal tiles to pair up in four minutes, on Clarín's games page.
Every day: One numbered hexagonal tile board per day (board 2122 on 2 October 2026), the same for every player: pair up the identical tiles, some of them rotated, within four minutes. New puzzle: Daily, with the date of each board shown; recent boards stay playable for about ten days.

Baldosas is a visual matching puzzle in the games section of the Argentine newspaper Clarín. Each day brings one numbered board of hexagonal tiles, the same for everyone, and you have four minutes to pair every tile with its identical twin, watching out for rotated ones.
About Baldosas (Clarín)
Baldosas (Spanish for tiles) is one of the daily games on Clarín's Juegos page, alongside Letras, Lexi Reto, Sudoku and the quizzes. The games are supplied by Quality Games, which runs the same set for other Spanish-language newspapers.
Each day a new board is published with its own number and date. The board is a honeycomb of hexagonal tiles, each with a pattern of shapes and colours, and every tile has exactly one identical partner somewhere on the panel. Some partners are turned at a different angle, which is where most mistakes happen. You click two tiles to pair them; a wrong pair counts as an error, and the clock gives you four minutes in total.
After you finish, the game shows your time and pairs found next to averages for all players on that board, plus your current and best streak. Arrows above the board let you go back to the previous few days.
It suits players who like quick visual puzzles and spot-the-pair games rather than words or numbers.
How to play Baldosas (Clarín)
- Open Baldosas on Clarín's games page; today's board is selected.
- Look for two tiles with the same pattern, allowing for rotation, and click both to pair them.
- Keep pairing until the whole panel is cleared, before the four minutes run out.
- Compare your time and errors with other players and keep your streak going the next day.
Tips
- Start with tiles that have an unusual colour or shape, as they are easier to match.
- Mentally rotate a tile before clicking: rotated twins cause most wrong pairs.
- Work one area of the board at a time so you do not scan the same tiles twice.
