About Word Snake (PZL games)

Word Snake is one of the daily games on PZL games, the puzzle site from Perfect Level Games Ltd. Everyone gets the same puzzle on the same day, and progress and streaks follow the calendar day.

The board is a grid of sixteen letter tiles. Above it, the clue for the current word shows its length and its outer letters, such as A, two blanks, then I for a four-letter word; words of six letters or more also show the middle letter. You spell the word by dragging the snake from tile to tile through neighbouring letters. Words are always four letters or longer, and the counter below the grid takes you from word 1 to word 10.

There are three hints and a button to restart the snake. On a first visit a short tutorial shows how the snake moves.
