Word Snake (Puzzleship)
Solve each clue, then trace the answer as it winds through the grid.
Every day: Six Word Snake puzzles a day, each with a different style of clue and the same for everyone: solve clues and trace each answer through a letter grid, turning as it goes; past days are in an archive. New puzzle: Midnight in your own time zone, as the site states.

Word Snake hides its answers in a grid, but none run straight. Each winds from letter to neighbouring letter, up, down, left or right, and all the answers share the grid without reusing a letter. Six daily puzzles differ in how the answers are clued.
About Word Snake (Puzzleship)
You read a clue, work out the answer, and trace its path. Diagonals never connect, and a letter used by one word is gone for the others, so each answer you trace makes the rest easier to see. The answer column shows either the letter count or the first letter, depending on the puzzle.
The six daily tabs share the grid rules and differ in clueing. Mix clues each answer only by its category, such as Birds, and shows the first letter. Clues gives a one-line definition, Two Clues joins two senses of the word with or, One Clue gives a single theme for all answers, Thematic gives a theme and a clue for each, and Associations gives three related words, such as Peak, Climb and Range.
Puzzleship publishes six Word Snake puzzles a day, one in each clue style. Each day's puzzles are numbered and dated, the same for every player, and appear at midnight in your own time zone; earlier days stay playable in the archive. The site is free with ads, and a premium plan removes them.
