WhatPiece's One Piece Connections board: sixteen character portraits such as Trafalgar D. Water Law, Caesar Clown and Monkey D. Dragon, with five hearts and Clear and Submit buttons

WhatPiece is a fan-made collection of daily games about One Piece. Each day brings a new Connections board of sixteen characters, a character to guess, a One Piece Wordle, a word search, a grid, a bingo and more, all free and playable without an account.

About WhatPiece

WhatPiece puts more than ten One Piece games on one site, and every one of them has a fresh challenge each day, the same for every player, resetting at midnight. It is a fan project and says it is not affiliated with Eiichiro Oda, Toei Animation or Shueisha.

The games come in several kinds. Guess the Character compares your guesses with the hidden character of the day; Wanted shows a blurred bounty poster, Guess Fruit gives a Devil Fruit, Guess the Laugh plays a character's laugh and Guess Episode shows a frame. Connections asks you to sort sixteen characters into four hidden groups with five lives. There is a One Piece Wordle of names, places and concepts, a word search, a grid where each character must fit a row and a column, a bingo of the day's categories, a Pyramid that ranks ten characters by height, bounty or age, Higher or Lower on bounties, Impostor and Identity, where you ask yes or no questions.

You can play with no account; streaks and settings are kept on your device, and a nickname puts you in the rankings and lets you add friends. Each game keeps its own streak, and shields can restore a lost one. Several games give progressive hints as you use up tries. The site carries adverts, has an Android app, can be installed as a web app, and is offered in English and eight other languages.

It suits One Piece fans who want a whole morning set of quizzes on the series, and it covers the full story, so expect spoilers if you are behind on the anime or manga.

  • In Connections, every character fits only one group, even when some share other traits.
  • Spend shields to rescue a streak of three days or more that you broke.
  • If you are not caught up with the series, beware: the games draw on every arc.
