Vistapin (Dayzle)
Rate itFind the street corner and the direction a postcard of a tiny island was taken from, in six photos.
Every day: One postcard and one small island a day, the same for every player: find the square and direction the picture was taken from, in six photos at most. Monday is a 6x6 island with four directions and the sun shown; from Wednesday eight directions; Sunday a 9x9 island at dusk with light fog. New puzzle: Local midnight; past days stay playable but do not count.

Vistapin is a daily perspective puzzle on Dayzle. A postcard arrives from a tiny Mediterranean-style island; you stand a tourist on a square of the map, turn them, and take a photo, with six photos to match the postcard exactly.
About Vistapin (Dayzle)
Vistapin is one of the original daily games on Dayzle, a site of puzzle games owned by TLL Studios in Valencia. Each day at your local midnight a new island and postcard appear, the same for everyone.
The postcard shows a view from somewhere on the island: houses, a lighthouse, a bell tower, a windmill, the sea. Below it is an isometric map. Tap a street, plaza or quay square to place the tourist there, which is free, and turn them with the arrows; a see-through cone shows what the camera would see. Taking a photo spends one of your six, and the result appears as a polaroid you can lay over the postcard.
Each photo is graded: green for the right square, yellow for one or two squares away, red for further, plus a tick or cross for the direction. Every photo leaves a numbered pin on the map with that result. You can turn the map a quarter at a time, and a compass shows north and, on sunny days, the sun. Your score is the number of photos you needed; after six misses the map shows the spot.
The week gets harder. Monday is a 6x6 island with four directions and the sun in the picture, Wednesday brings eight directions and long shadows, Friday and Saturday give no help, and Sunday is a 9x9 island at dusk with light fog. Past editions can be replayed from the archive.
How to play Vistapin (Dayzle)
- Open Vistapin on Dayzle and study the day's postcard: which monuments show, and how large.
- Tap a street, plaza or quay square on the map to stand the tourist there; moving costs nothing.
- Turn the tourist with the arrows until the camera cone covers what the postcard shows.
- Press Take photo to spend one of six tries and read the feedback: green, yellow or red for the square, a tick or cross for the direction.
- Adjust using the pins on the map until your photo matches the postcard exactly.

Tips
- Start with the monuments: each is unique on the island, so ask from where they would line up as on the postcard.
- Size is distance: a tiny lighthouse is far away, and whatever hides part of it is nearer to you.
- A yellow square means try a neighbour; a tick on direction means keep facing that way and only move.
- Turn the map a quarter at a time when buildings hide the streets you need to see.
Questions
How many tries do I get in Vistapin?
Six photos. Your score is how many you needed; after six misses the map reveals the spot.
Is it a real place?
No. Each day's island is drawn by the game, so you work from the postcard and the map alone.
Does it get harder through the week?
Yes. Monday has a 6x6 island with four directions; from Wednesday there are eight directions, and Sunday is a 9x9 island at dusk with fog.
Is Vistapin free?
Yes. It is free to play in the browser, and past days can be replayed for free.
