About Triversal

Triversal is a puzzle game by Phantom Compass, released on Steam in July 2021 for Windows and relaunched in May 2024 as a rebalanced and expanded V2 Steam Edition. It pitches itself as a snack for your brain, a balance of chill and challenge that suits a two-minute break or a long session.

Each puzzle shows a sun, a black hole and a set of anchor points. You attach and remove stretchy tethers between the sun and the anchors; each tether pulls the sun towards its point, and the aim is to balance those pulls so the sun comes to rest exactly over the black hole. It is easy to learn and plays with mouse, keyboard or controller.

The Daily Puzzle brings a new challenge every day where you rack up perfect streaks, collect coins and compete for a high score. The V2 update redesigned the daily boards and scoring, and results go on Daily Challenge leaderboards.

Other modes include Endurance, where each move costs a coin across ever harder generated puzzles, a no-stress Sandbox, and dozens of puzzle packs with hundreds of levels. A Streamer Assist overlay lets a stream audience suggest moves in chat. It suits players who like quiet spatial logic and a quick daily score.

How to play Triversal

1. Buy and install Triversal on Steam.
2. Open the Daily Puzzle for today's board.
3. Add or remove tethers between the sun and the anchor points to change how it is pulled.
4. Line the sun up with the black hole in as few moves as you can for a top score.

• Think of each tether as a pull in one direction and look for pairs that cancel out.
• Try removing a tether before adding a new one: fewer pulls are easier to balance.
