Racerdle
Rate itName the Formula 1 race from its finishing order: circuit and year.
Every day: One Formula 1 race a day, the same for every player: its classification is shown with only positions and nationalities, and you name the circuit and the year. New puzzle: 08:30 UTC.

Racerdle shows the results table of one past Formula 1 race with the names hidden, only each finisher's position and flag. You guess the circuit and the season, and every guess uncovers more of the table: constructors, laps and finally the drivers. A new race comes at 08:30 UTC each day.
About Racerdle
Racerdle is one of the daily games on Driverdle, a small Formula 1 site that also runs Driverdle, where you guess a driver, and a driver quiz. In Racerdle the puzzle is a whole race rather than a person: a Grand Prix from any era of the sport, shown as its classification table.
At the start you see only the finishing positions and the flag of each driver's nationality. You choose a circuit from a list, type a year and submit. Each answer is marked green or red for the circuit, and for the year you get green or an arrow pointing to a later or earlier season. With every guess the table fills in more: the constructors, the laps each car completed and then the driver names. The board has five guess slots.
The flags alone are often a strong clue for a fan who knows the grids of each era: a run of German, Finnish and Brazilian finishers points to a different decade than a field led by Dutch and British drivers. The laps column then separates a full-distance race from one cut short, and the constructors narrow the season further.
Racerdle suits Formula 1 followers who know the sport's history and like reading a results sheet. It is free, plays in the browser and needs no account; your result can be shared as a row of coloured squares and arrows.
How to play Racerdle
- Open Racerdle and look at the race classification: only positions and driver nationalities are shown at first.
- Pick a circuit from the Circuit name list and type the season into the Year box.
- Press Submit Guess: the circuit is marked green or red, and the year green or with an arrow up for a later season or down for an earlier one.
- Read the newly revealed columns, constructors, laps and then driver names, and guess again.
- Find both the circuit and the year within the guess slots, then share your result.
Tips
- Read the flags as a group: the mix of nationalities on the podium and in the points often places the race within a few seasons.
- Use the year arrows as a binary search: a first guess in the middle of the era you suspect halves what is left.
- A short laps count for many finishers means a lapped field or a race cut short, which can point to a particular circuit or wet race.
