About Quizzler (RTÉ)
Quizzler is the daily quiz on RTÉ Games, the games section of Ireland's public broadcaster. The rte.ie games page frames the quiz, which runs on a gamesgrid.gg page and bills itself as a Daily Irish and European Quiz. Its start screen lists cooking, gardening, history, motoring, pop culture and sports among its subjects.
Each day's quiz is fifteen questions, and every player gets the same set: the questions are loaded from one daily feed dated for that day, with the order of the four answers shuffled. The quiz for 6 October 2026, for example, mixed ancient history, comics and animation, marine life, sport, literature and technology. Above each question you see the category, your score, a progress bar, the question number and a clock for the time spent on that question.
A right answer adds a point and the quiz moves on to the next question. You can enter a name before you start or skip it, and the game keeps a history of your results and overall statistics. A new quiz arrives each day at midnight GMT, and the game tells you if you have already done today's. It is free to play, with an advert at the top of the page.

Tips
- Check the category label above each question: it tells you what kind of answer is wanted before you read the options.
- The clock only shows how long you have spent on a question, so read all four answers before you click.
- The answer letters are shuffled for each player, so compare scores with friends rather than letters.
