Outwit (Mind Loft)
Five prompts with no right answers, scored on how well you read today's crowd.
Every day: Five prompts a day, the same for every player, with no right answers: each is scored against what the day's crowd picks (fewest, median, most picked, rarest, two-thirds of the average). The whole field is re-scored as each new player locks in. New puzzle: Midnight US Eastern Time.

Outwit is a free daily crowd puzzle from Mind Loft. Each day has five quick prompts with no correct answers: pick what the fewest players will choose, guess near the crowd's median, match the most popular pick, find the rarest one and undercut a fraction of the average. Scores move all day as more people play.
About Outwit (Mind Loft)
Outwit is one of the crowd psychology dailies on Mind Loft, a free site of daily browser games. Its five prompts have no correct answers. What counts is what everyone else who plays that day does, so the puzzle is guessing how other people will think.
The five prompts follow a fixed pattern. Road Less Traveled asks which option the fewest players will pick. Herd asks for a number, and the guess closest to the crowd's median wins, whether or not it is true; on the day we looked the question was how many bones a horse has. Meeting Point asks you to match the most picked answer. Rare Bird rewards the pick nobody else makes. Undercut is the classic game theory guess: a number from 0 to 100 closest to a fraction of the crowd's average, with the fraction changing from day to day.
The score is live. Each time a new player locks in, the whole field is re-scored, so a lead in the morning can slip by evening and a weak early run can climb. A pre-written house field covers the first hours of the day and retires once ten real players have played. The day is scored out of 10.
A new set of prompts opens at midnight US Eastern Time. Outwit sits beside Outrank and Feud in Mind Loft's crowd games and suits players who like survey and guess-the-crowd games such as Feudle or Normie.

Tips
- For Undercut, remember that many players also reason a step or two ahead, so the winning number is usually well below the naive fraction.
- For Rare Bird, avoid the round or obvious options; they draw the most picks.
- For Herd, guess where people will guess, not the true figure.
- Meeting Point is the one prompt where the obvious answer is usually right.
