Bluffpedia mixes real Wikipedia summaries with generated fakes written in the same style, and you have to tell them apart. The Daily Challenge is the same five rounds for everyone, in a game mode that changes from day to day. Correct answers score 10, wrong ones lose 5, and hints cost 3.

About Bluffpedia

Bluffpedia takes short summaries from Wikipedia and sets them beside fakes the game generates to look just like them. Every round asks you to sort the real from the made up. Some modes show one real summary and three fakes; others turn it around, with three real articles from one category and a single impostor, or one real fact about an article among invented ones.

The Daily Challenge picks one of these modes each day and gives everyone the same five rounds. On 2 October 2026 it was Spot the Fake, opening with a set of moth articles. You score 10 points for a right answer and lose 5 for a wrong one, and three kinds of hint, a description, an image and an elimination, cost 3 points each. The share text shows a row of squares, yellow where you used a hint, and your score.

Outside the daily, the site has more modes to play freely: Classic, Quick Fire, Category Blitz, Fact Check, Fact Bluff, Image Match, Connection Bluff and Reverse Bluff, where you write a fake yourself and try to fool the game. There are achievements and a leaderboard.

You can play three games without an account. The Daily Challenge needs a free account, which also allows 10 games a day; Premium, at 4.99 euros a month, removes ads and the limit.

How to play Bluffpedia

  1. Sign in with a free account and open the Daily Challenge.
  2. Read the day's mode, then the summaries or facts in the first round.
  3. Pick the one you think is real, or the fake, as the mode asks.
  4. Use a hint only if you are stuck; each one costs 3 points.
  5. Play all five rounds and share your row of results.

Tips

  • Fakes often sound too smooth or too general; real summaries tend to carry odd specifics such as dates, places and names.
  • Check the mode before each daily; picking the real one and spotting the fake call for opposite instincts.
  • A wrong answer costs only 5 points against 10 for a right one, so it is worth guessing rather than burning hints.
  • Play a few rounds of Classic first to get a feel for how the fakes read.
