Worder Classic daily number 337 with five coloured guesses ending in HOUSE

Worder is a Wordle-style app with a numbered daily puzzle in four sizes: Classic (one word, six guesses), Double, Quad and Octo, where one guess is played on every board. You can keep a streak, share results and replay more than 1,000 past dailies, or play unlimited games.

About Worder: Daily Word Game

Worder is an iPhone word game in the Wordle family. You guess a hidden five-letter word, and coloured tiles show which letters are in the right place and which are in the word but elsewhere.

It is published by AppStation Studio and has been on the App Store since 2023.

Each day brings a numbered daily puzzle in four modes. Classic is one word in six guesses. Double asks for two words at once in seven guesses, Quad for four in nine, and Octo for eight in thirteen; in the multi-word modes every guess you type is played on all the boards. You can build a streak, track results, share your score and collect achievements. An archive holds more than 1,000 past daily puzzles across all four modes.

When the daily is done, unlimited mode gives more games, and hints can reveal a correct letter. Themes, tile shapes and letter styles change the look. It suits Wordle players who want the Dordle, Quordle and Octordle formats in one app.

How to play Worder: Daily Word Game

  1. Open Worder and choose today's daily in Classic, Double, Quad or Octo.
  2. Type a five-letter word and submit it.
  3. Read the colours: green for the right spot, yellow for in the word but elsewhere.
  4. In multi-word modes, use each guess to make progress on every board.
  5. Solve all the words within the allowed guesses, then share your result.

Tips

  • Start with a word using common, different letters to light up as many boards as possible.
  • In Octo, finish boards that are nearly solved before they cost you extra guesses.
  • Use the archive to practise the bigger modes before tackling the day's Octo.
