The Daily Spy
Find the small objects hidden in the day's busy picture.
Every day: A new hidden-object picture every day, the same scene for every player, with the day's scores and stats compared and past days in an archive. New puzzle: Midnight US Central Time.

The Daily Spy is a daily hidden-object game in the browser. Each day brings a new crowded picture, such as a heap of craft supplies, with a set of objects hidden in it, and you click each one when you spot it. A hint meter helps when you are stuck, and an archive keeps the earlier days.
About The Daily Spy
The Daily Spy is a free hidden-object game by Vykri, played at thedailyspy.com and on itch.io. Every day there is one new image, a dense scene full of clutter: one day it is a pile of yarn, thread spools, buttons, scissors and tape measures. Small objects are hidden in it, and the icons at the side show what you are looking for.
The objects do not sit politely on top. The game warns that they may be rotated, resized or camouflaged, so a planet might be the curve of a button and a rocket might hide along a ruler. You click an object when you find it, and the round ends when you have found them all.
When you are stuck there is a hint meter. Once it fills, you can click it, or click the icon of a missing object, to have the game point that object out. The count of hints you used is shown with your result, so a clean solve without hints is the thing to aim for.
Everyone gets the same picture on the same day, and the game reports stage scores and stats so you can see how you compare. The day changes at midnight US Central Time. Earlier pictures are in the Archive, and there is a Discord for players.
How to play The Daily Spy

Tips
- Look for shapes, not colours: hidden objects often take on the colour of what is around them.
- Scan the picture in strips from one side to the other instead of jumping around.
- Try to finish without hints: the number you used is shown with your result.
