Soup of the Day (BuzzFeed)
Scoop as many words as you can out of the day's bowl of letter soup.
Every day: A numbered bowl of seven letters each weekday (Soup of the Day #145: A, G, I, N, R, S, T), the same for every player, to make as many words from as you can for points. New puzzle: Weekdays at 6:15 a.m. Eastern Time.

Soup of the Day is BuzzFeed's word-making game. Each weekday brings a bowl of seven letters, and you type every word you can make from them, scoring points toward the day's total, with a top score for finding them all.
About Soup of the Day (BuzzFeed)
Soup of the Day is one of the daily word games on BuzzFeed Games. Each puzzle is numbered, number 145 went up in early October 2026, and earlier soups are in an archive.
The letters float as pasta tiles in a bowl of tomato soup. Puzzle 145 used A, G, I, N, R, S and T, letters that hide plenty of common words and at least one that uses all seven. You type words made from the day's letters and each valid one adds points; the page shows your total against the most points possible that day, so you know how much is left to find.
New soups arrive on weekdays rather than every day of the week. The page carries ads and a comment thread where players compare scores.
It suits fans of Spelling Bee and anagram games who like a target score to chase rather than a single answer.
