Quilt: Logic Patchwork Puzzle
Tile the day's grid into fabric patches that match each clue's size and shape.
Every day: One Shikaku-style board a day, the same for everyone worldwide: split the grid into rectangles whose size and shape match the clues, with a daily Game Center leaderboard for times.

Quilt is a daily tiling puzzle for iPhone and iPad in the Shikaku family. You split the grid into rectangles so every cell belongs to exactly one patch, with clues giving each patch's size and whether it is square, wide or tall. There is one board a day, the same for everyone worldwide, and each solve becomes a patchwork you can keep and share.
About Quilt: Logic Patchwork Puzzle
Each clue sits in a cell and gives a number, the area of the patch that covers it; some clues also carry a small icon for the patch's shape, square, wide or tall. You mark out rectangles on the grid, and each one fills in as a stitched fabric patch. The board is done when every cell belongs to exactly one patch with no gaps and no overlaps. Every board is guaranteed solvable by logic alone. If you get stuck, a hint shows a patch you could have deduced, at the cost of a small time penalty.
The Daily board is free for everyone and identical worldwide. A clock runs from the start, and when you finish a card shows your time, your streak, the finished quilt and a countdown to the next puzzle, with buttons to save, share or open your gallery. An optional daily Game Center leaderboard ranks times. Stats and an optional daily reminder help keep the streak going.
Quilt is made by Francisco Martinez, a one-person studio in Valencia, Spain, trading as Horchata Studio, and came to the App Store in July 2026. It has no ads and plays offline. A one-time Heirloom purchase unlocks Endless play in five sizes and three difficulties, the full gallery, a calendar to replay any past daily, and every fabric palette and app icon.

Tips
- Start with clues that can only fit one way, such as a large number squeezed against an edge or corner.
- A clue with a shape icon has fewer possible rectangles, so use it to settle the cells around it early.
- Small numbers like 2 next to a wall often have just one place to go once a neighbour is placed.
- Hints cost time, so try a few deductions elsewhere on the board before you take one.
