About Puzzle (La Vanguardia)

The jigsaw on La Vanguardia's games page comes in two sizes, listed as Puzzle 49 and Puzzle 100. Each is published daily with its own picture: on 3 October 2026 the 49-piece and the 100-piece puzzles were separate puzzles with different images. The square picture is cut into jigsaw pieces, 7 rows by 7 columns or 10 by 10.

You play in the browser. The board sits above a tray of loose pieces, and you drag pieces up and fit them together until the picture is complete. A button lets you see the whole image if you need a reference. The game runs a timer, which you can pause, and when you finish it records your time.

Like the other puzzles on the page, the jigsaw keeps your current and best streak, and shows the average solving time and the share of players who completed that day's picture. Puzzles stay available for about ten days after they are published. The games on La Vanguardia's page are made by Quality Games and are free to play.

How to play Puzzle (La Vanguardia)

2. Drag pieces from the tray onto the board and fit them together.
3. Use the show-image button if you want to check the full picture.
4. Complete the picture; your time is recorded and counts toward your streak.

• Group pieces by colour in the tray before placing them.
