PokeGrid is a daily Pokémon grid game: a 3x3 board where each square needs a Pokémon matching both its row and its column. You have nine guesses, and every correct pick earns a rarity score based on how few other players chose it, with leaderboards for friends and everyone.

About PokeGrid

PokeGrid is one of the Pokémon takes on the Immaculate Grid format. A new board arrives each day with categories along the rows and columns, and each of the nine squares needs a Pokémon that fits both of its categories. The pool covers every generation, regional forms and special forms included.

You have nine guesses to fill the grid, so a wrong answer uses up one of your chances. Each correct answer shows its rarity, the share of players who picked the same Pokémon for that square, and the rarities combine into your score for the day; a rarer grid is a better one. An undo option and a give-up button are there when you need them.

The site keeps your history and stats, shows the most popular answers once you finish, and runs leaderboards for friends, members and all players. It is free in the browser with ads. It suits players of PokeDoku who want a second daily grid with a stronger social side.

How to play PokeGrid

  1. Read the row and column categories on the day's grid.
  2. Choose a square and type a Pokémon that fits both of its categories.
  3. Watch your guesses: you have nine for the nine squares.
  4. See the rarity of each correct pick as it locks in.
  5. Finish the grid, then compare your rarity score with friends and the global leaderboard.

Tips

  • Regional and special forms count as separate answers and are often rare picks.
  • Start with the square that has the fewest possible answers.
  • A wrong guess costs a square, so check both categories before submitting.
