Luckle

Roll until you hit the number of the day, three times, and see how lucky you are compared with everyone else.

Every day: Three target numbers per day (one from 1 to 10, one from 1 to 25, one from 1 to 50), the same for all players worldwide, seeded from the UTC date; fewest rolls to hit all three tops the daily leaderboard. New puzzle: At midnight UTC.

Luckle is a daily game of pure luck. Everyone gets the same three target numbers each day, and you press GO to roll until you hit each one; the fewer tries you need, the higher you rank on the daily leaderboard.

About Luckle

Luckle, subtitled a game about luck, is a small browser game credited to Rogue. There is no skill involved: each day every player in the world gets the same three hidden target numbers, generated from the UTC date, and you press GO to roll random numbers until you land on each one.

The daily has three levels. Level 1 draws from 1 to 10, level 2 from 1 to 25 and level 3 from 1 to 50, and you must clear all three to finish. Your total number of tries decides where you land on the daily leaderboards, which have both a Luckiest and an Unluckiest table, and a counter shows how many players have completed the daily so far. Completing the daily every day builds a streak, which powers up the Luck Bar in the separate Classic mode, and there are achievements for very lucky or unlucky days.

It suits anyone who wants a few seconds of suspense with their morning puzzles, and friends who like to compare who was luckier.

How to play Luckle

  1. Open luckle.org and choose Daily.
  2. Press GO to roll a number in the level's range until it matches the hidden target.
  3. Clear level 1 (1 to 10), level 2 (1 to 25) and level 3 (1 to 50).
  4. Check your total tries on the Luckiest and Unluckiest leaderboards, then come back tomorrow for new targets.

Tips

  • There is no strategy to the rolls; the targets are fixed for the day, but every roll is random.
  • Play every day if you want a streak: it also boosts the Luck Bar in Classic mode.
  • A very high total can still earn a place on the Unluckiest leaderboard.
