Eesti Wordle is an Estonian word-guessing site with a daily word that is the same for everyone. You choose a length from 4 to 8 letters and get that day's word for it, with a timer to the next one, and a free-play mode for more games. It keeps statistics such as streaks and opening words.

About Eesti Wordle

Eesti Wordle (eestiwordle.ee) is an Estonian-language take on Wordle that puts several daily puzzles in one place. Its main mode, Päevasõna, gives everyone the same word each day; the board says so directly ("Täna kõigile sama sõna"), and a countdown shows how long until the word changes on Tallinn time.

A day's game starts with picking a length: 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 letters, each with its own word. You type a valid Estonian word of that length, and the tiles show whether each letter is in the right place, in the word but elsewhere, or missing; a letter also shows as missing if you used it more times than the answer has it. You keep guessing until you find the word or run out of tries.

Beyond the daily word, Vabamäng (free play) gives unlimited new games where you set the length, difficulty and word rules, including whether answers may contain Õ, Ä, Ö or Ü, proper names, place names or loanwords. By default the answers are simpler words without those letters.

A statistics page tracks your history, streaks and opening words, and you can create an account to keep them, though you can play without one. The site also offers colour palettes, including a high-contrast option. It suits Estonian speakers and learners who want a daily word puzzle at their own level.

How to play Eesti Wordle

  1. Open Eesti Wordle and keep the Päevasõna (word of the day) mode selected.
  2. Choose a word length from 4 to 8 letters.
  3. Type a valid Estonian word of that length and submit it.
  4. Read the colours: right place, wrong place, or not in the word.
  5. Use the clues to find the word, then try another length or wait for the countdown.

Tips

  • Start with the 5-letter word, then try 4 and 6 letters for a longer session.
