About Daily Sudoku (H Valeur)

Daily Sudoku is made by H Valeur and came to the App Store in September 2025 for a small one-off price. Its idea is restraint: instead of an endless list of grids, there is one handcrafted sudoku a day, and it is only there for 24 hours.

The day's puzzle carries its date. You choose a difficulty once, Easy, Medium, Hard or Evil, and fill the grid in two modes: For Sure for answers and Maybe for small pencil marks. Correct entries turn green and wrong ones red. When the grid is done the app's green mascot celebrates and tells you to come back tomorrow.

The Puzzles screen lists the days you have completed and counts your daily puzzles in a row. Miss a day and the streak resets to zero, which is the whole of its pressure.

It suits sudoku players who want one puzzle a day and a streak to keep, without menus of grids to choose from.

How to play Daily Sudoku (H Valeur)

1. Open the app and choose your default difficulty: Easy, Medium, Hard or Evil.
2. Open today's dated sudoku.
3. Select a cell and pick a number in For Sure mode, or switch to Maybe to add pencil marks.
4. Fill every row, column and 3x3 box with 1 to 9 once; correct entries turn green and wrong ones red.
5. Come back the next day to keep your streak.
