About Cruzadas Brasil

Cruzadas Brasil is a Brazilian puzzle site built around a daily crossword, the classic cruzadinha. Each day's grid has its own dated page, with clues split into Horizontais and Verticais, mixing general vocabulary, abbreviations, Brazilian geography and culture. The site says the grids are produced by an optimisation algorithm that chooses the words and how they cross, and are reviewed before publication.

Above the grid a timer runs and a counter shows how many squares you have filled. Verificar checks your entries, Limpar clears them, and there are a limited number of reveals: four letters and two words, plus a button to show the whole solution. Progress is saved in your browser.
