The Puzzlebun share card: three cartoon bunny faces above the name

Wordcrawl is a daily word puzzle on Puzzlebun. You begin at the top-left letter and link words one after another across the grid until you reach the bottom-right corner. The aim is not to get there fast but to use as many letters as possible, since every grid can be covered completely.

About Wordcrawl (Puzzlebun)

Wordcrawl is one of Puzzlebun's three free daily puzzles, next to Winding Path and Spinning Pipes.

Each day there is a grid of letters. Starting in the top-left corner, you spell words by moving through neighbouring letters, chaining one word onto the next until you reach the exit in the bottom-right corner.

The catch is that heading straight for the exit is the weak play. Every grid can be covered in full, so there is always a longer route that uses more letters, and the goal is to find it.

A new grid comes each day, and earlier ones are in the menu. It suits players who like word searches with a route-planning twist.

How to play Wordcrawl (Puzzlebun)

  1. Start at the letter in the top-left corner.
  2. Spell a word through neighbouring letters.
  3. Chain the next word on from where the last one ended.
  4. Reach the bottom-right corner, using as many letters as you can.

Tips

  • Do not head straight for the exit: every grid can be fully covered.
  • Plan which areas you will cover before committing to a long word.
  • Short words can help you turn corners without stranding letters.
