Worchle
A daily word search with a twist: find the one keyword before your guesses run out.
Every day: Three daily word searches for everyone, Easy 5x5, Medium 10x10 and Hard 15x15 (unlocked in turn): find the hidden keyword among the grid's words before your guesses run out. New puzzle: Once a day.

Worchle is a daily word search in three sizes, with a Wordle twist. The grid hides many words, but only one is the keyword. Each word you circle uses a guess, and its tiles change colour to show how close it is to the keyword, so you can home in before running out.
About Worchle
Worchle (word search plus Wordle) sets three daily grids, the same for every player: Easy at 5 by 5, Medium at 10 by 10 and Hard at 15 by 15, each unlocked once you finish the one before.
Each grid holds a collection of random words placed horizontally, vertically or diagonally, forwards or backwards. One of them is the keyword, and your job is to find it. You circle a word by tapping its first and last letters, and every circle costs one of your limited guesses. When circled, the word's tiles change colour to show how close it is to the keyword, in the Wordle manner, which tells you what to look for next.
Two rules matter: a word fully contained in a longer word does not count on its own, and words must be circled in the right direction, so a word that does not register may need reading backwards. The site also offers other puzzles such as Haystack, themed word searches and a maths puzzle, Mathic.
It suits word search fans who want a puzzle with real stakes.
How to play Worchle
- Open the day's Easy grid.
- Find a word and circle it by tapping its first and last letter.
- Read the colours on its tiles to see how close it is to the keyword.
- Use the clues to choose the next word, before your guesses run out.
- Find the keyword, then move on to Medium and Hard.
Tips
- Circle words that share many letters with your best clue so far.
- Remember words can run backwards and diagonally.
- A word inside a longer word will not register; circle the longer one.
