About Vorble

Vorble brings the Wordle formula to Romanian. Every day there is one hidden word of 4 to 7 letters, the same for all players, and the aim is to find it in six tries or fewer.

You type real Romanian words, using a keyboard with the letters of the Romanian alphabet. After each guess the tiles change colour: one colour for a letter in the right place, another for a letter that is in the word but somewhere else, and grey for a letter that is not there at all. Each guess narrows down the answer.

Vorble is published by a Romanian-language tutoring site and plays with full diacritics (Ă, Â, Î, Ș, Ț). There are four daily versions, Vorble 4, 5, 6 and 7, by word length.

It suits Romanian speakers and learners who want their daily word puzzle in their own language.

How to play Vorble

1. Type any 4 to 7-letter Romanian word.
2. Read the colours: right place, wrong place, or not in the word.
3. Use the clues to choose your next word.
4. Find the word within six tries.

Tips

• Open with a word rich in common Romanian letters and vowels.
• Letters with accents or diacritics count as separate letters.
• Use your second guess on fresh letters to learn more.
