About Stat Paddock (Pole to Paddock)
Stat Paddock is one of the free Formula 1 games on Pole to Paddock, a site of F1 stats, tools and games. It plays in the browser with no sign-up.
At midnight UTC a new puzzle arrives for everyone: a target number and a career stat, such as wins, podiums or pole positions. Below it sit five slots, and each slot sets its own condition, for example a British driver, a Ferrari driver, one of Schumacher's teammates, an Italian or a Jordan driver. You pick one driver per slot, and a running total shows how close the five come to the target.
The five totals must hit the target exactly. If they miss, you can swap drivers and submit again, with three attempts a day in all. That makes it a balancing act: a big winner in one slot leaves room only for drivers with few wins in the others.
Most daily F1 games ask you to guess one hidden driver from clues. Stat Paddock works the other way round: you know the rules and choose the drivers, and the puzzle is in the numbers. It suits fans who know the record books and like a bit of arithmetic.
How to play Stat Paddock (Pole to Paddock)
- Open Stat Paddock and read the day's target number and the stat it counts, for example career wins.
- Look at the five slots: each one names a condition, such as a nationality, a team or a teammate.
- Pick one driver for each slot who meets its condition, watching the running total.
- Submit when all five slots are filled; the combined total must equal the target exactly.
- If you miss, adjust your picks and try again; you have three attempts per day.
Tips
- Fill the hardest slot first, since a condition like a single team leaves fewer choices.
- Use one driver with a large total to get close, then fine-tune with drivers who have only a few.
- Drivers with zero in the day's stat are useful for filling a slot without changing the total.
